• 剪切鋼材時，先關緊油路開關，扳動活動手柄，使柱塞、泵開始工作，使油壓推動大活塞推進刀片，切斷材料為止（不要繼續加壓，否則要損壞零件），不銹鋼之類的材料不得用此剪切。

• 禁止切割機接觸雨水貨在潮濕環境中使用，以免引起點擊故障。
• 禁止阻塞切割機的通風口，禁止異物進入切割機內
• A：以免引起燃燒故障     B：異物可濺出，造成危險切割機工作時，切勿接觸活動部位，以免手被夾入。
• 禁止長時間連續使用切割機，以免溫度過高影響機器性能，並損害電機
• 禁止切割機掉落
• A:以免損害機器 B:高空作業時，註意周圍環境，底下無站人。
• 使用規定刀片和附件，否則易引起故障，事故或傷害
• 使用規定飛油品，否則易引起動力缺失，損害機器
