冷卻塔原理與結構特征：
塔體：瓶型設計，減小阻力，玻璃鋼材質優良，色彩鮮艷，表麵膠衣樹脂內含有抗紫外線劑，耐老化，強度高，重量輕，耐腐蝕。
填料：采用改性耐溫硬聚氯乙烯（PVC）波片最高耐溫50℃，或聚丙烯（PP）最高耐溫85℃。波片增加瞭凸筋，水的再分配能力強，空氣阻力減至最低，有效延長水循環與冷卻風在水塔內的接觸及熱交換時間。
佈水器：利用水的反沖力自動旋轉佈水器，佈水器外殼由ABS或鋁合金製成，裝有不銹鋼球軸承，運轉靈活可靠，水頭低，不睡均勻。
風機：根據冷卻塔參數設計的低噪音，高效率風機。
電機：專為冷卻塔設計的低噪聲節能電機，密封性能好，耐高溫，效率高，噪聲小。
進風窗：裝有百葉網片，減少飄水，空氣阻力小，特別適合北方地區及全年都需要使用冷卻塔的設施及單位。
支架：所有風機、填料、進風窗、塔體等處鋼支架為裝配式，塗漆防腐或者熱鍍鋅處理。緊固件都采用鍍鋅螺栓。
