With its special design and high precision in processing, the pre-net screen achieves its non-pulse operation. It can disperse the fiber filler and papermaking aid, and further fluidize them. It can also screen out remaining impurities in the stock and impurities from the broke system. It reaches its function of guaranteeing the quality of the stock. It can also meet all the operational requirements of the paper machine headbox.
With its special-designed, conveniently-installed and pulse-adjustable twin-propeller rotor, ZSM series low-pulse pre-net screen achieves its stable screening and the lowest pulse.
The special-designed corrugated screen plate can produce ideal turbulent flow near the screen cut. It can keep a constant distance between rotor and screen cylinder all the time. The rotor structure helps in purifying screen frame. All of these help in avoiding stopping up or blocking up and flocculating of the stock.
The structure of special-designed accepts pipe located under the screen cylinder and rotor helps in delivering the screened accepts flow to the accepts outlet from all sides of the screen. It results in stable and non-pulse delivery of accepts.
High precision processing and special manufacturing technologies help in preventing pulp lump from forming and the pulp consistency from fluctuating.

20世紀70年代初，中國第一臺水力碎漿機在本公司誕生。至今，本公司已有三十幾年碎漿機生產歷史。目前公司已形成D型、臥式、立式、鼓式碎漿機的完整體系，可向市場提供容積1m3~120m3各類大小和不同形式的碎漿設備，此類設備在生產能力、碎漿效果、能耗、使用壽命各項技術指標均達到國際同類產品先進水平，產品獲得中國造紙標準化委員會向市場推薦的優質產品證書。
