簡介

該設備是一款將已去除胎側鋼圈的大型鋼絲胎、纖維胎等各種廢舊輪胎進行切割的專用設備。能將各種廢舊輪胎切割成各種所需規格的膠塊，便於後續設備的破碎。其主要部件包括：電動機、旋轉平臺、上料架、動刀架、定刀架、機架、油缸、液壓站、控製箱等。

Introduction

The machine is used to cut all kinds of tires, including steel tire, fiber tires. The tires need to be debeaded before cut into different size of rubber blocks. It mainly consists of motor, rotating platform, rolling shelf, fixed blade shelf, cutting blade shelf, body frame, cylinder, hydraulic station and control cabinet, etc.
