輥道窯傳動采用斜齒輪，油浴潤滑。每2～3段為一個傳動組，每配一個減速機，減速機的速度是靠變頻器調節。當發生事故堵窯時，事故前的輥棒可以調成往返擺，事故後的輥棒繼續將磚坯送出窯外。
