ty8325玻璃直線磨邊機適用於磨削不同尺寸和厚度的平板玻璃的直邊、倒棱。直邊的粗磨、精磨、拋光及兩邊棱角的粗磨、精磨一次完成。該機選用機械無級調速電機，調速范圍大，變速平穩，可在磨削過程中改變磨削速度及送料速度，履帶式橡膠壓板，夾緊並傳動厚度3-25毫米的玻璃進行磨削。精磨砂輪選用金剛石磨輪，磨削鋒利。精磨砂輪選用樹脂，加工精度高，用羊毛氈輪加氧化鈰拋光劑拋光，表麵光潔度，經過磨削的玻璃表麵可達鏡麵光潔度。
