1． 將這些冰巾戴在你的前額或頸部，可保冷數個小時。

2． 在寒冷的水中浸泡約15-20分鐘，裡麵晶體變成凝膠後即可使用。

3． 晶體保持飽滿狀態最多可達到2天 。

4． 該產品保留著水的涼意，可保持穿著者涼爽。

5． 約過兩天後，內容物漸漸還原成使用前的晶體狀態，需再次吸水，方可保持凝膠狀態。
