　　1．本生產線基本組成：預定位機→印刷機→傳輸檢驗機→烘干機。　　2．整條生產線各機段傳輸對接順暢，傳輸選用特殊耐高溫材料。整線運行平穩，重復定位精度高，確保生產質量和效率。　　3．整線采用PLC集中控制，設置有光電傳感器、電磁傳感器以及糾偏控制機構，保證玻璃上片，初定位、定位、印刷、烘干、風冷、傳輸、卸片等各動作協調有序進行，控制系統可靠；高科技產品觸摸屏的輔助操作運用，為用戶提供了親善的人機界面操作環境。　　4．為協調印刷機與烘干機在傳輸過程中的速度偏差及解決下片時的間斷動作，傳輸機設置雙段速（高速段、低速段），低速區根據生產需要傳輸速度無級可靠，高速段由變頻器設定。　　5．印刷機工作臺面采用特殊結構及特種材料進行工藝處理，工作表面平整、光滑、美觀，確保玻璃不受劃傷。　　6．烘干機段利用遠紅外線使油墨中的樹脂和溶劑達到良好升溫效果，加熱到油墨內部，并輔設強制熱風循環系統，采用比例控制新概念，熱區溫度在室溫～180℃之間任意可調，溫控精度高，既保證了烘干質量，又極大限度地延長了加熱元件的使用壽命。7．風冷機段采用異形結構風淋系統，并設有功能強勁的消音過濾裝置，確保玻璃片冷卻并且不受污染。1.
