一．用途
紅外二氧化碳檢測報警機 適用於市政、化工、環保現場等地麵多種場合，檢測現場環境中二氧化碳氣體濃度，並可進行聲光報警。檢測濃度范圍0~5.000 %。機器具有操作簡單明瞭、體積小、攜帶方便、精度高壽命長等特點。該機器為本質安全型，防爆標志為ExibI（150℃）。
二．測量原理
機器采用雙波束紅外測量原理，其結構見圖1
紅外傳感器輸出信號經信號處理之後進入單片微計算機控制器進行整定和運算，其結果由數位顯示屏進行顯示，當二氧化碳濃度超過設定報警濃度點時（1.000%CO2）,機器產生聲報警及光信號閃爍。

Applications:
Infrared CO2 detector is an intrinsically safe and explosion-proof instrument and is designed to deter CO2 concentration in ambient air continuously and rapidly.
It adopts NDIR infrared technology with high accuracy and fast response. The measuring range of CO2 gas is 0-5.0%.
Despite its compact size, the Infrared CO2 detector includes features usually found only in larger multi-gas monitors including a large, OLED display, internal audible/visual alarms and simple push-button operation.
The monitor continuously displays ambient CO2 gas readings and will alert the user when gas concentrations exceed the preset low or high levels. Added features include adjustable alarm setpoints, calibration gas values, and choice of text-only display seleced by the user through a simple, push-button routine. Infrared CO2 detector also has a peak/hold feature to show the highest reading during a shift and includes a special flip-cap calibration adapter for quick and simple calibration. It is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of manufacture.
It is used at the underground coal mine and mine safety inspection mainly. Certainly, it is also applied to fire fighting, confined space, chemical industry, oil and all kinds of environment that needed to measure the combustible gas.
