一、概述：
本機適用於制藥、化工、食品的乾粉狀、顆粒裝物料的混合。
該機混料筒結構獨特，混合均勻，效率高，不積料。整機結構簡單，操作容易。外表麵和物料接觸部分均采用優質不銹鋼制造，造型美觀，維護、清洗方便。
二、原理與結構：
本機一端裝有電機與減速機，電機功率通過皮帶傳給減速機，減速機再通過聯國器傳給V型桶。使V型桶連續運轉，帶動桶內物料在桶內上、下、左、右進行混合。
三、使用及保養：
1、安裝：將機械放置平穩，裝好機腳，墊平，使機械能運轉自如。
2、使用前先將須加油處加好油，然後進行空載運轉，檢查各緊固件是否松動，電氣是否正常，機械是否運轉正常，如有異常，進行整修和調試。
3、將加料口轉至上麵，打開加料蓋進行加料，加料量不可超過規定容積，然後關緊加料蓋，開動機器進行運轉，途中如發現異常，必須停機檢查。
4、下班後或更換品種必須將料鬥內、外沖洗乾凈。
