該回收線由幾個主要環節構成：垃圾分選（自動和人工），標簽剝離瓶子破碎，瓶片清洗（漂洗，熱洗和摩擦洗），瓶片脫水和熱風乾燥，標簽分離和包裝。 特性： 1.自動化水平高，可有效降低勞動力成本（特別是三班工作的），而且確保高輸出量500—1000公斤/時 2.人性化的控制系統（可實現PLC模塊統一集中控制和單機獨立運行），觸摸屏界麵，操作便利、檢測方便，可以緊急停車 3.所有與塑料和水相接觸的地方都采用304不銹鋼，確保不會對瓶片產生污染 4.理想的雜質分離效果。以下是客戶的反饋： 濕度:≦1.5% PVC含量:≦200ppm 金屬含量:≦20ppm 標簽，瓶蓋和頸圈含量(i.e. PE, PP):≦240ppm 總含量:≦560ppm 目前，我們的PET回收線已經出口到諸多國傢和地區，比如拉丁美洲，中東，俄羅斯及中亞和非洲。 | This recycling line is composed of garbage separation (automatic & manual), bottle & flake crushing, cold & hot washing & cleaning, flake dewatering & drying, dust & label removal, packing, etc. Feature:
