      YF系列PVC異型材擠出生產線主要用於PVC門窗異型材、木塑型材、裝飾型材等產品，該機組由上料機、錐形雙螺桿擠出機、真空定徑臺、一體化牽引切割機、貼膜機、翻料架組合，可以根據不同型材麵及模具，選用不同規格的錐形雙螺桿擠出機以適應產量的需要。
真空定徑臺采用特殊加大漩渦流冷卻系統，便於冷卻定型，特別的水平傾斜控制獨特的三維調整控制，使得操作簡便得以更好體現。根據不同模具，定徑臺可選用4米、6米、8米、10米等規格，以滿足高速擠出的要求。
牽引機采用獨特升降技術，上下履帶背壓控制，工作平穩，可靠性好、牽引力大，可自動定長切割，並配置粉塵回收裝置。
該機組具有造型新穎、結構合理、使用方便等特點。

The tractor uses the unique fluctuation technology, high and Iow caterpillar band back pressure control , The cutter's move speed keep with the tractor, It can automatic cut in limited site and it has powder recycle device.
