本機臺專業為uv塗料的乾燥而設計。其具備瞭乾燥速度快、塗裝物表麵硬度提高，色澤亮麗，廣泛用於木制品、塑料、皮革及金屬等產品uv塗裝後之乾燥。
輸送帶采用不銹鋼網帶（可選配鐵弗龍網帶或不銹鋼管）。
每組uv燈均有獨立的散熱系統，燈箱亦采用散熱性能極佳的鎂鋁合金制成，機箱內通風效果良好，有效地延長瞭uv燈管、電容及變壓器的使用壽命。
每組uv燈均有獨立的控制系統，燈光強度有強、弱開關 。
uv燈箱采用分體式、拆卸、更換極為方便簡捷。

This machine is specially designed for drying UV base application. It provides faster curing time.Increase the hardness
of the surface,and bring out the coloration.Suitable for wood,leather and metal or any material with UV base application.

Each UV lamp with independent cooling device to ensure the heat always send out lf the channel,and to prolong the using life of the UV lamp and the others electrical parts,plus each UV lamp channel is made by special Mg-Al alloy for betterheat separation.
Each UV lamp is controlled by independent control system with own strong (full)or soft(half)light switch.
Each UV lamp has it`s own opening device to ensure easy changing of lamp and maintenance.
