工程：
1、機麵安裝透明有機玻璃，內置燈光透視，卷佈通過機麵即可檢驗佈匹的質量；配備變頻器調速裝置，可實現0-40m/min無級調速。
2、設有電子顯示計數，測長棍一端裝有電子信號發送器，電子計數機接收並顯示數據，能準確測量佈匹米數，可自由切換米數與碼數顯示。
3、采用自卷雙棍差速式卷繞，有效保證玻纖佈及纖維織物、網格佈的卷繞緊度；裝有紙管端麵活動擋頭糾偏器，電子自動對邊，有效保護紙管兩端不易受損及佈麵兩邊整齊。
4、設有張力調節裝置，驗佈時可根據需要自行調節復卷松緊度，如要求對網格佈上膠後卷驗時需要切邊，可在本機上安裝切邊裝置；
5、光電式自動檢測佈，電眼監控放佈，無佈自動停機，梳拔卷邊佈軸，可前卷回卷佈料，上下燈盤，電子張力調較，急停開關，萬向腳輪及水平調節器。
