◎ zS系列分層篩適應於流水作業，是大小顆粒比例不等過篩連續出料的理想設備。
◎ ZS series vibrating sieve is suitable for in line production.It is an idea device for granule that has uneven size to sieve continuously.
◎ 本機由料鬥、振蕩室、聯軸器、電機組成。振蕩室內有偏心輪、橡膠軟件、主
軸、軸承等組成。可調節的偏心重錘經馬達驅動傳達到主軸中心線，在不平衡的
狀態下產生離心力，使物料強度改變在篩內形成軌道旋渦。重錘調節器的振幅大
小可根據不同物料和篩網進行調節。
◎ 整機結構緊密、體積小、不揚塵、噪音低、質量高、能耗低、移動維修方便。
◎ The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber,connecting shaft,and electricomotor.The vibrating room
consist of eccentric wheel,rubber software,main shaft bearing and so on,it may be out of balance and cause
eccentricity,and so thant the materials form regular eddy.The amplitude of the weight adhuster may regulate by
changing the different material and the meshed of screens.It is small in volume,thightness,dutness,noise-free,high
output,low in energy consumption,easy to move and easy to maintain.s

FS series Square Vibrating Sieve
◎ 本機上部采用快拆式手柄 ，把整機連成一個整體，上蓋采用全密封，有效防止
物料在過篩時由於振動而產生粉塵飛揚。篩體下部安裝振動電機，有效保證瞭設
備的結構緊湊，下部采用彈簧減振，使整機在平穩狀態下工作。下麵底座采用可
調式，可調整在過篩時的篩麵傾斜角度，根據物料特性以取得最佳過篩效果。
◎ It adopts quick disassembling handle at the upper part of this machine. The handle connect the machine as
together. Its upper cover is seal fully .Therefore it prevent from the dust flying caused by vibration during the
period of sieving .The vibration motor is installed under the sieve.Meanwhile it adopts spring to reduce vibration.
So the machine will operate at stable state,The stand is adjustable,so the inclined angle of sieve can be adjusted
in according the raw material.The best sieving effect can be got.
