• Magnifies smaller beam interference fringes on a monitor for easier viewing; records changes in the interference fringe.

IFC-SPV準直檢驗組件

• A wedge plate-type sharing interferometer for easier evaluation of beam parallelism (divergence and convergence) during optical adjustment.
• Compatible beam diameters are ø7 to ø25 mm.
