本傳感器為通用型傳感器，適合於動力設備與負載之間有足夠的距離，同時動力設備、負載是一個相對獨立體的所有旋轉動力系統，需用聯軸器將傳感器安裝於動力設備與負載之間。
轉速測量分為：
1、高轉速測量時采用光電、碼盤原理設計 。
2、測量角度、位移及低轉速時采用增量式編碼器原理設計，測量轉速精度高，性能穩定可靠，使用壽命長。
