JBK5系列機床控制變壓器是我公司引進德國最新型變壓器系列，在國內JBK3系列變壓器的基礎上，經過多年來進一步吸收國外同類產品，並優選國外先進方法的接線端子結構，將端子與骨架結合在一起，使防護等級提高，防止偶然觸及電路，采用國內IT冷壓接線端子，接線方式可以使接線密集程度提高。
變壓器800VA及以下1000VA、1600VA豎式結構的矽鋼片與矽鋼片之間連接、矽鋼片與底板連接均采用氣體保護氬弧焊，形成一個整體，簡捷明瞭，尤其是底板一次性成型，安裝尺寸較JBK3系列更為準確，而采用優質防腐合金材料，大大提高瞭接地性能的可靠性，全麵提高瞭產品質量，該產品符合VDE0550、IEC204-1、IEC439、JB/T5555、GB5226等有關國際、國傢標準，並榮獲歐共體“CE”認證，美國“UL”認證。可與國外產品互換使用。
JBK5系列機床控制變壓器適用於交流50~60Hz，輸入電壓不超過1000V,輸出額定電壓不超過380V，作為各行業的機械設備，一般電器控制電源和工作，信號燈的電源之用。
