ITS PRINCIPAL-HIGH QUALITY
●For main driving the tension pulley with diameter of 250mm which is driven by the main shaft is to drive the spindles to run. The spring piece adopts a frame-type design, 【-shape short splndle rail and angle square-type short roller stand. which is compact and stable,with a low center of gravity suitable for all kinds of lifting motions.
●Able to produce excellent cops for presetting length. As for lifting lever. worm wheel box is used to drive the single builder cam, whose shape makes the cop formation suitable for the high-speed unwinding of automatic conewinder.
●The drafting and winding construction is the optimal design through lots of scientific
experiments it can produce the best yarn with the lowest breakage. it is versatile and widelyused with respect to spinnable fibre type and fibre length
● Its drafting system can be equipped with all kinds of stateproduce cotton type pendulum arms. SKF. INA and RIETRER pendulum arms Magnetic clearing roll can also be selected to clean the front roller it is optional to use the low-noise power-saved spindle with the spindle wharve diameter of 22mm or205mm

HIGH AUTOMATION

●While the machine is running. digital display can show the linear speed of front roller, spindle speed, twist range.presetting length and shift output
●The frame can stop at a praper position automatically, whenever lt is required during the spinning process
●If needed. the r Jng rail can wing down automatically in advance and the machine can stop automatically at a proper position
●When spinning the yarn to the presetting length. the ring rail will wing down and stop automatically at a proper pasition
●Before starting the machine, the ring rails W…reset themselves at the sta rting position automatically
●During spinning process, the spindle speed can be changed automatically or manually
●Equipped with auto-doffer, the power supply will be put through automatically before doffing
操作與管理可
●車頭傳動及牽伸傳動,有滴濁潤滑裝置進行定時定量滴油,保證機器正常遠轉。
●傳動齒輪采用統一模數、孔徑和寬度,各種變換齒輪互相間可通用,減少瞭備用齒輪的品種和數量。

●車頭與車尾比機身窄使用電動蓓紗機時毋需預拔紗管
