機臺簡介：

   亦稱超音波C形口罩機，蝶形口罩機。本機採用超音波技術將3-5層PP無紡佈、活性炭以及過濾材料粘合、打孔、折疊、焊接、裁切成C形口罩之本體。可生產如3M公司的9001、9002系列口罩。

Another names for this machine is ultrasonic C-type mask machine, butterfly mask machine, the machine adopts ultrasonic technique to weld 3-5 layers pp non-woven, activated carbon and filter materials,  and hole drilling, folding, welding, cutting the C-type mask embryos, capable to make 3M company’s 9001,9002 series mask.

機臺特性：

l  全機採用鋁合金製作，堅固美觀，長期使用不用擔心生銹而造成污染。

l  採用超音波一次加工成型，使用不同材料可達FFP1、FFP2、N95等不同標準。

l  自動計數、換料方便，更換模具可生產不同型號的口罩，亦可將LOGO或圖案直接做在模具上。

l  可選擇是否需要呼吸閥孔和是否需要內置鼻樑條。

l  Made of aluminum, hard and nice appearance, no pollution and rust after longtime operation.

l  Ultrasonic forming at one time, different materials reachable can reach FFP1, FFP2, N95 standard.

l  Automatic counting, easy replacement of materials, different models of mask can be made with different molds, LOGO could also be made on molds.

l  Optional breath valve and inner nose-wire installment
