  本機適用於大批量佈料樣品，色卡的裁切制作加工。采用先進的減速增力機構設計，可選擇單次裁切和連續裁切功能，上下切刀位置可調，單次工作時可自動停止在上切刀上位。具有漏電保護和短路保護功能，操作安全可靠。

說明

一、調試說明

1、在新裝配或更換新墊板時，需要進行微量調試；

2、調試方法是少量松開刀桿上下部升降螺絲，最好每次按1/4圈進行調試，然後緊固再進行試裁切。（微調過度會損傷墊板）；

3、觀察試裁切後的確刀痕，註意切口是否前後端相同。（中間部分會較細）佈樣完全可以被切斷即可；

4、調試完畢後，將刀桿上下部升降螺絲的鎖定螺帽都固定。

二、電動裁切

無需用手控操作，快捷省力，女性也能輕巧使用。可單次裁切行程開關控制也可連續裁切適合大批量生產。

三、裁切便當用途廣泛

該機可廣泛應用於棉、毛 、絲 、麻 、化纖 、皮革等各類紡織品的載切，適用於大批量佈料樣品，色卡的裁切制作加工。也適於制作各種形式吊卡、西裝褲的褲腳切邊 ，皮革 、禮品行業加工牙邊制品等。

四、合金鋼裁刀，特材墊板

本機械采用進口合金鋼特制裁刀，壽命長，永不生銹，硬度高達HRC65度，刀口鋒利，可輕易裁切各種纖維 、纖物。註意不能裁切金屬、玻璃材料等硬質物品。墊板用特殊材料合成制造，經久耐用。

五、切口統一整齊大方

裁切麵平整，切口均勻連貫避免瞭毛邊、歪斜、鋸齒不一的現象。

六、超長裁刀制作迅速

裁切寬度可達到500mm--1200mm，一次性裁切厚度達30--50層佈料，省工迅速，得心應手。

七、可定紅外線裝置，用於截切佈樣時做參考線，使截切時更為理想。

註：墊板為損耗品，墊板經常更換裁切位置 ，可延長它們的使用壽命，不可裁切不可裁的物品。以免對機器產生破壞。使用過程中螺絲松動必須擰緊，經常潤滑油以免螺絲磨損 。
