產品概述

氣動單隔膜泵主要由泵本體，空氣供給排出系統，單向閥等組成，是利用空氣壓力使隔膜上下移動，依靠這種往復作用和逆止閥聯動來輸送泵液的容積式泵。

本泵可以應用於所有固體顆粒小於ф2.5mm的泵液，廣泛應用於礦山、冶金、水泥、紙漿、醫藥、化工、染料、環保等行業的原液輸送。因為是全密閉設計，不會泄漏。在稀貴金屬冶煉、有毒、有害、強腐蝕性及高濃度泵液等領域優勢尤其明顯。

由於氣動單隔膜泵沒有電動機、旋轉密封裝置，構造簡單，可運動的部分隻有隔膜和逆止閥中的閥球，所以維護、檢查非常方便且維修費用低廉。

本公司生產的氣動單隔膜泵標準產品為ODS系列，泵及逆止閥的本體為鑄鐵，內襯橡膠。也可以根據用戶的要求，全部采用不銹鋼制作，或改變內襯材質可以達到耐酸、耐堿、耐熱、耐磨等目的。

Product Overview

Pneumatic single diaphragm pump is mainly composed of the pump body，the air supply，exhaust system，and one-way valve。It is a use of air pressure to diaphragm moves up and down，relying on this role and the check valve linkage back and forth to pump fluid volume pumps。

The pump can be applied to all solid particles of less than ф2.5mm pump fluid，are widely used in mining，metallurgy，cement，paper pulp，medicine，chemical industry，dyestuff,dope industry，transport and environmental protection. Because there is no pneumatic single diaphragm pump motors，rotary seals，structure simple，the movement is only part of the diaphragm and check valve in the valve ball，so the maintenance，inspection is very convenient and low maintenance costs。
