    The new SM tape feeder employs an endless-discharge method of non-stop operation in delivering reliable, repeatable, and efficient component pickups. Components supplied on tape can be reloaded easily while the machine is running, ensuring smooth continuous system operation(SM Tape Feeder).

    Non Stop Tray Feeder
    JEDEC tray cassettes are separated into upper and lower portions and can operate independently. Tray components also can be reloaded while the machine is running, enabling consistent non-stop operation(FW20NS).

    Dual-Lane Conveyor System
    Dual-lane conveyor is a system that minimizes the loss of time for PCB loading. As the system populates one PCB, a second PCB can move either into the placement position or onto the next machine, thereby eliminating PCB loading time that can account for up to 20% of the total production time.
    Five-Stage Variable Board Stopper
    Optimum PCB positioning can be established for each board using the variable board stopper, which reduces PCB loading time to increase productivity.
