三、電火花真空檢測機工作原理
接通電源後由L1與CD產生振鈴，在CD的觸點之間發生電火花現象，激勵C及L2組成的回路串聯諧振，經L3感應產生高頻電壓，然後由放電簧F放出高頻電火花，即可使用。
四、電火花真空檢測機調整及使用
先把放電簧插頭插入前麵插座，然後將電源插頭插入220V/50HZ交流電源，接通開關，此時在放電簧端應看到紫色火花。將放電簧移近任何金屬物體時，應產生不少於三條火花線，長度不短於20MM。如無火花產生或火花線甚少，或長度甚短，則可調節檢測器後麵的旋鈕，便產生火花，並調節火花至最多最長為止。
火花正常後，便可對電子管或其他玻璃真空容器檢測其真空程度。
將放電簧對準被測器件，如其真空度相當高時，則紫色火花局限在玻璃壁外。若真空度不高或非真空時，放電簧端的高頻電火花（高壓）引起容器內氣體電離，並產生輝光。
五、電火花真空檢測機註意事項
1.本產品供間歇使用（即時開關）如需連續使用（即長時間開著），應需註意，勿使溫升超過120℃，以免燒毀線圈。
2.使用時，人體不能靠近或接觸高壓線圈圓錐形部分，否則有強烈火花電弧躍出會將線圈燒壞。
3.在測玻璃器件時，必須來回移動不要停留，若時間超過五秒鐘以上，電火花易將玻璃擊穿。
4.在檢測器使用一段時間後，接觸部分可能會燒濁，可用砂佈砂光後繼續使用。
5.平時不用時應將調節旋鈕旋出（即逆時針旋轉），使用時把旋鈕緩緩旋入（順時針方向旋轉），但應防止接觸頭短路，將震動線圈燒壞。萬一發生接觸頭短路，（或其他故障）時將內部拆卸出來檢修。
