H150 Lamp LED全自動分光分色機
H150采用“箱體式”凸輪傳動設計，精簡流暢的機構運作，使機器在高速運行下，仍能保持定位精準與測試穩定之特性。配合本公司的T800型光電測試機器更能達到測試結果和性能。T800采用高速穩定的控制器作為控制系統，采用臺灣WEINTEK彩色5.7〞觸摸屏作為人機交互接口，實時監控機器分料狀態，紅、黃、綠三色指示燈顯示機臺動作狀態。H150可與測試機器聯機，並根據測試機器讀取之信號自動將LED迅速準確的分送到各級分料料道。並可依使用者之需求更換治具測試不同規格之材料及設定計數條件。

The double-cam design and the streamlined and smooth operation together enable H150 to ensure the precise location and the stable testing even when it runs at a high-speed. Better testing results and performance will be achieved when it is used collaboratively with T800 photoelectric testing equipment produced by our company. Taking advantage of rapid and stable controller as its controlling system and Taiwan WEINTEK color touch screen of 5.7’’ as a man-machine interface, T800 is capable of real-time monitoring the distribution of materials of the machine as the indicator lights of three colors (red, yellow, green) display the movement state of the machine. H150 can be connected with testing equipment and automatically send LED rapidly and accurately to the materials’ distributing channels of different levels according to the signals picked up by the testing equipment. It can change fixtures so as to test materials of different specifications and it can also be designed the conditions for counting in accordance with the user’s demand. In addition, there are more properties in the following to meet customers’ demands:
