主要用途：

用於軟管包裝行業對全塑軟管進行1-6色印刷和上光油及烘乾。

功能特點：

1、採用台灣產中心距180mm的精密分割器驅動印盤,保證了高速下的穩定性和延長分割器壽命。

2、對軟管從印盤轉移到鏈條上這一複雜的過程,也採用了台灣產分割器和專門訂造的滾動絲桿完成,保持了這一過程的成功率。

3、印刷部分和烘箱部分只有一條兩芯數據線相連，便於安裝和日後搬動，更便於把印刷部分放於樓下，而烘箱部分放於樓上，那樣生產出來的軟管不用提升機就上到樓上後加工車間了,從而節省了人力。

4、烘箱採用直接加熱方式，減少了熱能的損耗。

5、印刷部分齒輪採用精密磨齒工藝，保證齒輪的精度和壽命，這對套印的準確度有極大的幫助。

6、烘箱分成兩部分，前一個為流平和UV處理，後一個為紅外加熱，由於有專門流平，光油的效果很好，減少了對光油輪表面光潔度的依賴，從而減少了對光油輪的打磨。

7、後移式印刷平台設計，當有一個印刷棒沒有軟管時，整個印刷平台會後移5毫米，從而避免把油墨印到鋼棒上。

8、成熟的無頭印刷結構，為大面積印刷減少了報廢和橢圓形軟管減少了一次焊接和切斷頭部兩個工藝
