ZLG Series Vibrating-Fluidied Bed
◎ 物料自進料口進入機內，在振動力作用下，物料沿水平方向拋擲，向前連續運動，熱風向上穿過流化床同濕物料換熱後，濕空氣經旋風分離
器除塵後由排風口排出，乾燥物料由排料口排出。
◎ Raw materials is fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the horizontal aspect under the action of vibration.the hot air passes through fluidized-bed
and make hot heat exchange with damp raw material. then the damp air is dusted by cyclone seperator and exhausted out from air outlet, the dry raw material is discharged through discharg
outlet.
◎ 醫藥化工；各種壓片顆粒、 硼酸、硼砂、苯二酚、蘋果酸、馬來酸等。
◎ 食品建材：酒糟、味精、砂糖、食鹽、礦渣、豆瓣、種籽等。
◎ 還可以用於物料的冷卻、增濕等。

◎ 可調性好，適應麵寬，料層厚度和在機內移動速度以及振幅變更均可實現無級調節。
◎ 對物料表麵損傷小。可用於易碎的乾燥，物料顆粒不規則時亦不影響工作效果。
◎ 采用全封閉式的結構，有效的防止瞭物料與空氣間的交叉污染，作業環境清潔。
