水平調整件
底座
5.8級鍍鋅鋼（抗拉強度為500N/mm2），藍鈍處理。
- OS型：無塑料底盤。
- KS型：帶天然白色熱塑性塑料底盤（聚甲醛基POM），可滑動。
- KR型：帶強度為73S的熱塑性塑料橡膠底盤（SANTOPRENE），不可滑動。
螺桿桿
鍍鋅鋼，藍鈍處理，供貨已裝配。
六角螺母
鍍鋅鋼，藍鈍處理，符合ISO4032的規定，供貨已裝配。
特征及應用
GN343.2型水平調整件的靜載荷受限於螺桿的承載能力（抗拉強度為500N/mm2）。
表中所列靜載荷值為球窩的垂直凈載荷，且僅適用於OS和KS型水平調整件。在正常工作狀態下，側麵及斜向載荷無異常的情況下，承載能力將明顯下降。
載荷較大時，GN 343.1（參見第728頁）應與抗拉強度較大的螺釘配套使用。我們建議使用帶壓墊的DIN915型螺桿。壓墊須成直角，墊在螺紋孔的底部，以增加球窩內球頭的承載能力。

Levelling elements
•Zinc-plated steel, class 5.8 (tensile strength 500 N/mm2) base
available in different executions:
- without plastic cap (type OS)
- with natural white colour thermoplastic cap (DELRIN) (type KS) gliding
- with 73 Shore hardness thermoplastic rubber (SANTOPRENE)
(type KR), non-gliding.
•Zinc-plated steel hexagon nut.
•Zinc-plated steel threaded stem.
The levelling element is supplied assembled.
The static load of the GN 343.2 levelling element is limited by the load
capacity of the stem (tensile strength 500 N/mm2).
The static load values shown in the table below refer to a net vertical load in
relation to the ball socket and refer only to type OS and KS. Under normal
operating conditions side loading or angular loading is not uncommon and the
load capacity would be considerably reduced. This must be taken into
consideration.
