技術特點
本機采用雙針、立式自動加油，旋梭勾線，滑桿挑線，構成兩行雙線鎖式線跡；針桿采用機械式分離與聯合，上下軸采用滾珠軸承，同步齒形帶傳動，柱塞式油泵潤滑系統，采用針桿擺動與送佈牙同步送料方式，旋鈕式標盤調節針距和杠桿式倒順送料機構，在梭芯內的縫線回拉彈簧，保證底線與麵線得到一致的縫紉效果，適用縫制大衣、制服、牛仔褲、包袋、裝飾縫等。
This machine adopts two straight needles, vertical-axis roating hook with self-lubricating feature for catching therad loops and sliding cam takeup to prodce two lines of double lockstitch, The needle bar can be engaged and disengagd mechanically and the arm shaft and hook shaft are wupported by ball bearings.lt is provided with synchronous tooth belt for driving and plunger pump for lubricating, and knob-tyoe stich regulator and leverype reverse feeding mechanism. The sewthread pulls back spring in the bobbin case and guarantees the harmony between surfuce thread and bottom thread, Besides it features synchronized feeding of needle bar and feed dog.it is recommended for stitching overalls, uniforms,jeans and decorative sewing on bags.
