? 結構特性

1.燈桿※ 燈桿由低碳鋼板經剪制,折彎,自動焊接成型。燈桿的全部結構件均進行熱鍍鋅及表麵防腐處理，使所有內外壁表麵均獲得妥善保護以延長使用壽命和節約維護費用。燈桿底部開有電器門，內置防爆自動升降機構和防爆電器控制系統。

2.防爆電器控制系統※ 防爆電器控制及保護裝置都安裝在固定於燈底部的控制箱內。備有照明控制及電機控制器。雙回路電力電纜供電，可實現全負荷照明和部分照明，具有手控,光控及電腦時間控制等多種方式，以滿足用戶的不同需求。

※ 采用拖纜方式供電,防爆電控箱和照明電纜采用特制的具有鎖定裝置的專用插件連接。

3.防爆自動升降系統※ 本系統由防爆電機,蝸輪蝸桿,卷筒等部分組成。具有自鎖性能的蝸輪蝸桿傳動機構，可以使燈盤在任何位置停止。設置過扭矩保護,具有自動,手動兩種操作功能

4.鋼纜導向滑輪系統※ 該組件由三組滑輪臂成120°角排列並被固定在燈桿頂部固定支撐上，每組滑輪臂安裝有：

a.終身潤滑密封的特制軸承

b.專用於燈盤自動鎖定，脫落的卸載裝置

c.高分子非金屬絕緣材料的滑輪，對電纜表無損傷

d.防止鋼纜滑出導向輪的限位裝置

5.掛鉤系統※ 掛鉤系統的特殊幾何開關由計算機輔助設計而成，經過精密的計算和實際論證，可確保燈盤升至預定位置時，掛鉤在鋼纜的牽引下與卸載裝置產生相對運動，從而達到鎖定,脫卸的目的。在正常使用情況下,鋼纜處於卸荷狀態，延長瞭鋼纜的使用壽命，保證燈盤在惡劣天氣情況下處於穩定狀態

6.導向及制動系統

※ 此系統在燈盤正常上升和下降過程中起導向作用，一旦鋼絲繩發生斷裂時，此系統起制動保護作用，防止燈盤墜落。

※ 導向系統通過彈簧壓緊的尼龍輪使燈盤在升降過程中始終處於對中位置，防止燈盤偏斜與燈桿碰撞,損傷燈桿或燈盤防腐表麵。

※ 制動系統由彼此成120°角排列的三組裝置組成，由三塊制動器同時楔入燈桿來完成，一旦懸吊鋼繩再次拉緊，制動器從燈桿上放松使燈盤可以重新升降。

※ 在鋼纜處於卸荷狀態時，制動器始終保護鎖定。

※ 先進的液壓制動技術防止鋼性沖擊，制動力更大，制動平穩無噪聲。

7.防雷接地裝置※ 防爆高桿燈設置有專用的接地裝置，其接地電阻不大於10W
