一、產品概述 早在10多年前，國內開始生產盤式電機，當時設備在日本、瑞士引進，沖卷盤式電機定轉子鐵芯來制造電機，主要應用於變壓器行業、起重設備行業。近幾年來由於國內工業發展，以及本公司科技人員不斷努力與科研機構合作，突破瞭進口設備存在的不足，經取長補短，解決瞭原有設備的三個問題：第一，槽形直；第二，速度快；第三，卷緊性能好。由於這一些，我們生產出來的盤式電機定轉子，及盤式電機完全可以超過國外同類產品。目前國內盤式電機出口到韓國、印度、歐州一些國傢，產值一年比一年翻倍增長，市場比較廣闊。 二、產品用途 盤式電機定轉子，可以制作成三相盤式制動異步電動機、二相盤式電動機、直流盤式電動機、永磁同步盤式電機。廣泛應用於起重機械、變壓器行業、鍛壓機床、建築機械、紡織機械、印刷機械、木工機械、減速機、風機、泵類機械、電梯行業、汽車行業，主要由於它的特點適用於頻繁起動、開起動力矩大、負載保持、緊急剎停，準確定位的優點。 三、產品結構 盤式電機與普通電機的結構不同，定轉子由兩個圓盤式鐵芯組成，軸向磁場方向、端麵切割磁力線。之所以，決定瞭它許多優點：（1）電機軸向尺寸小；（2）極數多、速度慢；（3）起動力矩大；（4）電能轉換機械能效益好、節能。
