雙燃料機組具有柴油機組的卓越可靠性,同時具有燃氣機組的經濟和環保的優點.我司吸收先進技術,攻克技術難關,通過ECU自動控制技術的運用,使發動機能夠在柴油和天然氣(或沼氣)雙燃料狀態下工作,又能實現柴油和燃氣之間的切換(沒有燃氣時,可全部靠柴油運行),它由柴油啟動,隨著負載增加燃氣投入量相應加大,正常情況下燃氣可替換60%---80%的柴油,大大降低運行成本,同時降低排放污染.

Our company absorb advanced technology , overcome the technical difficulties , use ECT automatic control technology , can make the engine working on diesel and gas (or biogas) dual fuel condition , also can achieve transfer between diesel fuel and gas ( when no gas , generator set can work by fuel completely ) . The dual fuel generator sets is started by fuel , with the load increasing , gas amount is also increasing . Under normal working condition , gas can replac 60% to 80% diesel fuel . By this way , not only reduce the running cost , but also reduce the pollution .

一、       雙燃料發電機組的優點　　

Advantage for dual fuel generator sets

1、可以節省大量的柴油消耗，有效降低成本。雙燃料發電機組在雙燃料工作狀態時，額定功率與純柴油工作狀態下相當，其動力性與原柴油機相同。在高負荷工況時，天然氣替代率可達到70%。

Can save big amount fuel consumption , to reduce the running cost . When the dual fuel generator sets working at dual fuel condition , rated output is equal to pure diesel fuel working state . When working under high load situation , natural gas substitution rate can achieve 70%

2、無天然氣時，完全可以轉換到純柴油工作模式。 　

The dual fuel generator set can transfer to pure diesel fuel operation mode when there is no natural gas .

3、通過降低廢氣排放量，改變大氣質量，維護自然生態，改善人們的生活環境。
通過燃料選擇開關，可以進行柴油或雙燃料工作模式的切換。可以從柴油模式轉換到雙燃料模式，或者從雙燃料模式轉換到柴油模式。後者是可以自動進行切換。當工作在柴油模式時候，雙燃料控制單元關閉天然氣控制，切換到僅用柴油工作，此時，與原柴油機一樣進行工作。當工作在雙燃料模式時候，柴油被限制在某一固定油量（通常為滿負荷的20%-30%左右），剩餘的動力需求用天然氣來滿足。

We can change operation mode between diesel fuel and dual fuel by fuel selector switch . It is easy to switch diesel fuel mode to dual fuel mode , also from dual fuel mode to diesel fuel mode . When the dual fuel generator set working under diesel fuel mode , the controller will close the natural gas function , only switch to diesel fuel working condition . At that time , its operational principle is same as diesel generator set . When the dual fuel generator set working under dual fuel mode , diesel fuel will be controlled at limited capacity ( normally at 20% to 30% of full loading ) , rest power will be achieved by natural gas .
