C22(1.0402)優質碳素結構鋼

●特性及適用范圍：

　　C22(1.0402)高錳低碳滲透鋼，性能與15Mn鋼相似。焊接性能好，但淬透性、強度與塑性高。

　　具有較高的強度和淬透性，冷變形時塑性好，焊接性中等，可切削性良好。熱處理時有回火脆性傾向及過熱敏感性。 適用於螺栓.螺母.螺釘.拉桿.小軸.剎車機齒輪。

化學成份：

　　碳 C ：0.17～0.24

　　矽 Si：0.17～0.40

　　錳 Mn：0.70～1.00

　　硫 S ：≤0.045

　　磷 P ：≤0.045

　　鉻 Cr：≤0.40

　　鎳 Ni：≤0.40

　　鉬 Mo：≤0.10

力學性能

　　抗拉強度 σb (MPa)：≥450(46)

　　屈服強度 σs (MPa)：≥275(28)

　　伸長率 δ5 (%)：≥24

　　斷麵收縮率 ψ (%)：≥50

　　硬度 ：未熱處理,≤197HB

　　試樣尺寸：試樣尺寸為25mm

　　熱處理規范及金相組織：

　　熱處理規范：正火,910℃。

交貨狀態

　　以不熱處理或熱處理（退火、正火或高溫回火）狀態交貨。要求熱處理狀態交貨的應在合同中註明，未註明者按不熱處理交貨。

Characteristic and application:

C22 (1.0402) high manganese low carbon penetration steel, performance and 15 mn steel similar. Welding performance is good, but h, strength and high plasticity.

With high strength and h, when cold deformation plasticity is good, weldability medium, machinability is good. Heat treatment is temper brittleness tendency and overheat sensitivity. Suitable for bolt. Nut. Screw. Tie. Small shaft. Brake machine gear.

Carbon C: 0.17 ~ 0.24

Silicon Si: 0.17 ~ 0.40

Manganese Mn: 0.70 ~ 1.00

Sulfur S: acuities were 0.045

P P: acuities were 0.045

Chrome Cr: acuities were 0.40

Nickel Ni: acuities were 0.40

Mo Mo: acuities were 0.10

Mechanical properties
Tensile strength σ b (MPa) : 450 (46) or

Yield strength σ s (MPa) : 275 (28) or

Elongation δ 5 (%) : was 24

Reduction of area ψ (%) : 50 or more

Hardness: no heat treatment, acuities 197 hb

Sample size: sample size to 25 mm

Heat treatment standards and metallographic organization:

Heat treatment norms: is fire, 910 ℃.

Delivery state
With heat treatment or heat treatment (annealing, normalizing or high temperature tempering) state delivery. For heat treatment state delivery should be indicated in the contract, does not indicate person by not heat treatment delivery.
