無煙煤濾料簡介：

         無煙煤濾料采用山西優質無煙煤為原料，經精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，機械強度高，抗壓性能好，化學性能穩定，不含有毒物質，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表麵粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(＞50%)，有較高的含污能力，因質輕，所需反沖洗強度較低，可節省大量反沖洗水量及電能。  

 



       無煙煤濾料同石英砂濾料配合使用是我國目前推廣的雙層快速濾池和三層濾池、濾罐過濾的最佳材料。是提高濾速增加單位麵積出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造價和減少占地麵積最有效的途徑。

       過濾原理：水中之微細懸浮固粒經加藥絮凝後，由無煙煤濾材加以濾除。 

   無煙煤濾料特點：

        效率高，去除率達99% 

        處理水量大 

        使用壽命長 

    無煙煤濾料的應用：

     雙層及三層濾池，各種污水過濾器，凈水機械過濾器及化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等的生產前後的水質處理。

     可用於生活飲用水和工業生產用水以及各種池型的普通快濾池。使用時根據濾池的形式確定使用參數，一般雙層濾科的鋪裝厚度為300—400mm；正常濾速10—14m／h，強制濾速14—1 8m／h；三層濾料鋪裝厚度450mm，正常濾速18—20m／h，強制濾速20～25m／h。濾池反洗采用水沖洗、水汽沖洗或輔以表麵沖洗。
