公司擁有一整套鑄件質量分析和檢測設備，采用德國生產的直讀光譜機，可快速進行爐前化學成分分析。公司現已通過ISO9001國際質量管理體系、ISO4001環境管理體系、OHSMS職業安全衛生管理體系國內認證。公司現已建成一支實力雄厚的高級技術隊伍，擁有15名工程技術人員，其中高級工程師5名，工程師10名。具有各種鑄造工藝、工裝、非標設計能力。通過采用"CAD"技術、"計算機三維數值模擬"等先進技術，不斷優化鑄造工藝設計，提高鑄件質量。公司生產的鐵路內燃機車附件、風力發電機鑄件、球墨鑄件、電力機車鑄鋼及有色金屬鑄件、大型工程鏟車用履帶板、各種礦山機械配件及民用產品鑄件（部分鑄件出口美國、以色列及東南亞等國）深受客戶青睞。
