本缺相、相序保護器是一種應用大規模數字集成電路、無變壓器設計的新型高科技專利產品(獨傢生產，如有雷同純屬仿冒)。通用性強(3Ph 220V～440V 50Hz/60Hz均可使用)，體積超小，外觀非常漂亮，是取代施耐德相序保護器(RM4-TG20)、ABB、西門子、歐姆龍(OMROM)及其它國產相序保護器(XJ3、XJ5...系列)最理想的產品。

　　利用IC檢測電源的波形，相位，判斷電源是否異常。在電機等感性負載運行時的逆相(反相)、三相電壓不平衡、一相或二相斷路，短路時，能快速進行判斷，並輸出繼電保護，其保護功能不受線路或負載電流大小、沖擊電流、不平衡電流和負載性質的影響，實現全性能、全氣候長期工作，確保電動機正常穩定工作。適用於交流50/60Hz、3Ф 220～440V的電路中，作為對各種三相電動機及其它三相設備（如制冷壓縮機、水泵、風機、空壓機、電梯、註塑機），輸入電源的三相電壓缺相、逆相及三相電壓不平衡提供繼電保護。本保護器隻對三相電源的電源側采樣！輸出繼電保護。

ng>安裝方法ng>

1．保護器可直接插入35mmTH型標準安裝道軌，在其他場合安裝時可用M2－M4螺釘固定。

2．L1、L2、L3接三相交流電壓，內置繼電器輸出，NO、COM為常開觸點；NC、COM為常閉觸點。直接使用單股硬導線或配帶線耳，插入連接端子內，擰牢固。

一、保護特點  Characteristics of protection
1.動態缺相、靜態缺相保護：指被保護設備在運行狀態或非運行狀態時，任意一相發生斷相故障。指示燈形式為：紅燈亮，並優先；
Phase loss protection: It means that any phase occurs phase loss when the protected circuit is in running or stopping status. In this case, the red indicator light will be lighted and be priority.
2.錯相保護：防止L1、L2、L3三相交流電源相序接錯的一種保護措施。即時動作。指示燈形式為：黃燈亮；
Phase opposite protection: It is a safeguard acting immediately, which protects L1, L2, and L3 three phase against wrong connection sequence. In this case, the yellow indicator light will be lighted.
3.電壓不平衡保護：指三相電壓不平衡將會影響設備安全運行的一種電壓不平衡率的保護。電壓不平衡率高於20%時。指示燈形式為：缺相紅燈亮，並優先；
Voltage imbalance protection: While a protection of voltage imbalance rate > 20%, the imbalance of three phase voltage will affect the safe running of the equipment. In this case that there is a phase losing, the red indicator light will be lighted and be priority.
4.延時保護：有故障出現時監視器延時1~3秒後動作，繼電器釋放；
Delay protection：When the fault happens, the monitor will delay 1~3 seconds to act and release.
二、性能特點  Characteristics of performance
1.監視器的保護功能不受線路或負載的電流大小，沖擊電流、不平衡電流和負載性質的影響。能夠全性能、全氣候長期工作。功耗不大於2W；
The protection functions of relay don’t be affected by current intensity of circuit or load, impulse current, imbalance current and load characteristic. The relay could long term work under full capability and full climate. Power consumption is lower than 2W.
2.用於電機保護時對電機接線方式無要求；
There is no requirement for connecting method when it is used in protection of motor.
3.本產品符合GB/T 14048.1-2000、GB14048.5-2001 eqv IEC60947-1:1999；

三、工作特點  Characteristics of working
1.L1、L2、L3三相接線正確，監視器綠燈亮，繼電器吸合；如果相序接錯，監視器黃燈亮，隻要交換L1、L2、L3三相中的任意兩相，監視器就能認定該相序並正常工作。當被保護的設備正常工作後出現黃燈亮，繼電器不吸合時，應視為外線路相序誤接，監視器具有防誤接保護功能；
If the connection of L1, L2 and L3 phases are right, the green light of the relay illuminates and the relay closes. If they are wrong, the yellow light of the relay illuminates. Exchanging any two of them, the relay will accept the phase sequence and begin to work normally. In this case that there occurs yellow light illuminated and relay unclosed after the protected equipment works normally, it should be a wrong connection of external circuit. The relay has a function of protection against wrong connection.
2.L1、L2、L3三相缺相時，紅燈亮，綠燈不亮，繼電器釋放；電壓正常時恢復，綠燈亮，繼電器吸合；
While any of these L1, L2 and L3 phases is Na phase, the red light is lighted with the unlighted green light and the released relay. While the voltage come back to normal, it will recover immediately with lighted green light and closed relay.
3.L1、L2、L3接三相交流電壓，NO、COM為常開觸點；NC、COM為常閉觸點。直接使用導線連接接線端子；
