1. If the CMM column drive or you have other load changings the steel spring have different
deformations -- so the foundation has not an repeatable level
當CMM測量臂運動或者有載荷變化時,鋼彈簧會有不同的變形,平臺(基礎)將不能保證水平。
If you have a stop impulse of Column the foundation swings long and may be there are
influence by measuring.
當沖擊停止,平臺(基礎)會長時間搖擺,這會影響測量。
Further mostly hydaulical dampers must be additional installed because a steel spring has no
dampening. These dampers has over long times big leakages!!!!
因為鋼彈簧沒有阻尼效果,所以要加裝阻尼器。即使加瞭阻尼,系統仍然有缺陷。
BiAir Membrane air-springs are insulator and damper together ( the damping will realized by air friction).
BiAir薄膜空氣彈簧不僅是隔振器還是阻尼器(阻尼由空氣摩擦實現)
The level regulation systems will bring the foundation in a repeatable level equal wich load chnagings.

2. Steel springs let body noise over 40 Hz through (means high passes), so may accoustical infuences on measuring accuracy
鋼彈簧控制結構噪聲高於40Hz(高通),因此精確的測量將會受到影響。

3. Much adjusting work by building under the foundation
使用鋼彈簧,在制作(基礎)平臺時有很多復雜的配套安裝,這會帶來更多人/財/物的花費,以及不確定因素。
