本公司研制的生物質顆粒鍋爐是在引進國內外先進燃燒技術的基礎上結合我國實際情況進行設計、開發、鍋爐受熱麵采用水冷壁管加螺紋煙管三回程結構，在爐膛前後拱處設置二、三次配風裝置，使生物質燃料實現半氣化燃燒，大大減少瞭不完全燃燒損失。具有結構合理，受熱麵積大，熱效率高，燃燒充分，無污染，低排放等特點。采用機械自動加料裝置，實現機械化燃料供給燃燒，再配裝煙氣餘熱回收節能器。各類排放指標均低於國傢（GB13271-2001）《鍋爐大氣污染物排放標準》規定，是替代電、燃油、燃氣、燃煤熱水鍋爐的最佳產品。生物質鍋爐運行成本低，比燃油、燃氣、電加熱鍋爐可節省40%-60%，比燃煤節省5%-10%運行成本，是一種高效節能環保的熱能設備。
