ng>用途與特點:ng>SRL-Z系列混合機組，主要適用於各種樹脂如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等的配料、混合、著色。乾燥，以及ABS、聚碳酸酯等工程塑料成型加工前的乾燥，脫揮等工藝，也可用於酚醛樹脂的混合。該機組將熱混與冷混工藝結合一起，熱混後的物料可自動進入冷混機，進行混合、冷卻，排除殘餘氣體，有效防止物料結塊。該機組系引進消化，吸收國外先進技術研制而成，電器控制采用進口原件，並可配置PLC控制，具有自動化程度高、混合效果好，熱混具有自摩擦和電加熱及蒸汽加熱功能。漿葉均通過動靜平衡測試，鍋蓋采用雙道凹凸密封，主軸密封采用我公司的特有技術，並配有脈沖除塵裝置，冷機引進國外減速技術采用直接減速裝置，克服瞭使用減速器的所有致命缺點，使其運轉更穩定。(此技術我公司已申請專利，國內獨此一傢)該機已達到國際同類產品水準，是生產板材、管材，異型材等制品的理想設備。
