新鄉工神有限公司最新開發的“工神”牌系列循環流化床鍋爐，是在吸收國內外循環流化床鍋爐有點的基礎上，並加以改進、提高，通過降低循環倍率，優化關鍵件結構等措施，有效解決瞭鍋爐磨損、回料裝置結焦堵塞、鍋爐原始排塵濃度高、排渣困難等不足，使鍋爐的結構更加合理，性能更加優良，運行更加安全可靠。最大程度的降低瞭設備運行與維修費用。
循環流化床鍋爐的工作原理如下：燃煤和空氣進入一個流態化燃燒室，發生摻混和著火燃燒，夾帶著大量細顆粒物料的煙氣在爐膛出口以後的氣固分離器中把所夾帶的固體物料分離下來，煙氣進入尾部受熱麵，而被分離器收集下來的物料通過返料器被送入主燃燒室循環在燃。
ng>循環流化床鍋爐主要結構特點如下：ng>
⑴鍋爐結構為單鍋筒橫置式自然循環鍋爐；
⑵爐膛出口配置有平行的高溫旋風分離器，運行穩定，分離效率高。
⑶采用進口耐熱鋼制作的旋風喉管，耐高溫、耐磨損。
⑷返料器采用U型非機械閥，進料量與回料量自動平衡，無需人為操作入 爐回料分佈均勻，不會形成在佈風板上局部堆積而影響流化質量。
⑸流化床內放渣管處設置大風帽，管內放渣流態化，使放渣管不堵塞。
⑹爐膛下部水冷壁管及煙窗管均加裝防磨裝置，確保受熱麵使用壽命。
⑺爐膛內部不佈置埋管受熱麵，不存在埋管的磨損問題。
⑻流化床爐膛、旋風分離器等部位均采用流化床耐磨成型磚和流化床耐磨澆註料，保證鍋爐長期安全運行
