該機器到達甲方機器安裝地點後，甲方應立即通知我司。我方將在和甲方協商的日期內到達用戶所在地進行安裝，甲方機器使用人員需提供必要的協助。

安裝工作一般在一天內完成，包含機臺及各零件定位、機臺調水平、三軸復原、CCD定位、線路檢查及功能電路測試等。
ng>The fitting work should be finished within one day, including positioning the main body and its accessory, leveling the body, recovering three axis, locating the CCD, checking the connections and testing the function circuit.ng>
調試工作一般也在一天內完成，包含校驗精度等。
ng>The adjusting work is generally finished within one day, too, including precision correction.ng>
ng>2ng>ng>、培訓ng>ng>Trainingng>ng>：ng>
培訓地點：在甲方指定所在地。
ng>Training place: The Buyers’ appointed position.ng>
培訓人數：在機器安裝驗收之後,由乙方安裝工程師對用戶1-2人進行操作培訓（受訓人員應具有基本的測量常識和電腦知識）。
ng>Quantity of Trainee: After the fitting and acceptance of the goods, the engineer from the Sellers train one or two of the Buyers (the trainee should have basic knowledge of measuring and computer).ng>
培訓內容：包含機臺操作使用培訓和測量軟件培訓，直到操作者能掌握基本操作為止。
ng>Content of Training: including the training of operating the body and mastering the measuring software till the trainee can master the basic skills by themselves.ng>

ng>二、保修期內售後服務ng>ng>After Service within Guaranteeng>
1、自安裝、調試、培訓完成之日起一年內為產品的保修期。保修期內，在正常使用條件下，若發生任何因產品本體或組件（含機臺、鏡頭、CCD、軟件）損壞引發的故障，本公司免費為客戶做修換服務。
ng>The guarantee period is defined as one year after the finish of the fitting, debugging and training. Within guarantee, under proper use, any malfunction of product or accessory (include body, lens, CCD, software) will be repaired or replac by the Sellers for free.ng>
2、保修期內測量軟件免費升級。
ng>During the guarantee, the software will be upgraded for free.ng>
3、接到客戶報修通知，本公司承諾在1個工作日內回復並提出解決方案。如需現場解決，3個工作日內到達現場。
ng>TENHon promises to provide effective solutions after receiving the customer’s notice of repair. If on site solution is needed, TENHon will arrive there within 3 days.ng>
4、在保修期內，由於如下原因導致產品故障，本公司需酌情收取成本費用。
ng>Within the guarantee, TENHon will claim charge of cost if the malfunction or damage is caused by follows:ng>
（1）人為因素操作不當而造成的故障和損壞。
ng>User’s improper operation.ng>
（2）自行改裝或私自拆機而造成的故障和損壞。
ng>Private refitting or dismantling.ng>
（3）由於天災、地震、火災或其他不可抗力因素而造成的故障和損壞。
ng>Force majeure like earthquake, fire etc.ng>
（4）使用非本公司指定的零配件所引起的故障和損壞。
ng>Accessory used is not appointed by TENHon.ng>

ng>三、一年保修期後的售後服務ng>ng>After Service after the 1 Year’ s Guaranteeng>
l 一年後實行按次上門收費服務，或客戶可簽訂收費年服務合約。
