圓盤取樣器HD-807產品簡介：
本機器適用於切取各種毛紡、棉紡、化纖、針織等織物的圓形樣品。可迅速精密地將各種織物，切割成一個特定麵積之圓形樣品，秤重後可得出每平方米之克數。

使圓盤取樣器HD-807用方法：
1、將待裁織物平鋪在橡膠墊上，將圓盤取樣器放在織物上，拉出取樣器上的鎖緊裝置，旋轉約 90 度，一手扶住外罩，一手握住波紋手輪，並施加一定壓力，然後順時針旋轉波紋手輪（轉角大於 90 度），即可將圓試樣裁取。
2、取樣器使用後即鎖緊裝置，旋轉至原位，使刀片不能外露，以免傷手和其他物品。
結構與調整：
1、切刀刀片為雙麵刀片共有四片，為圓外接四等份均佈，刀片可以更換，具體操作為：松開十字螺釘（每片上有四顆螺釘），取下刀片壓板與取樣刀片，換上新的刀片，壓上刀片壓板，註意使刀片口為順時針切向，並使四片刀口處於同一平麵，然後擰緊十字螺釘即可。
2、HD-807機器底部有直紋刻痕，用於固定試樣，便於切割，防止試樣打滑。
