1）整機及配件保修一年，在保修期時間內正常狀態下使用本產品而發生的故障，可在經銷商購買處或廠傢進行保修。終身維修，用戶如果有使用上及技術上的問題，可以及時與我公司聯系。

2）下列情況下，需要付費維修。（將視情況收取一定的材料費用，維修費以用運費）

A、正常狀態下使用本產品而發生故障，但超過保修期范圍。

B、非正常狀態下使用，包括人為損壞、進液、電池漏液（特提醒用戶請使用正規廠傢品質較好的乾電池）

C、由於未能按照說明書中的使用方法和註意事項而造成的故障和損傷。
