3kinds of load value indication (N, kgf, lb) is standard only outside Japan.
This newest model spring tester has a lot of functions applying touch-panel key-in system for each set-ting of test condition, statistics process data, printing condition etc. as well as other operations. In addition to ordinary spring test, displacement measurement by set of load value is also possible and the spring rate can be obtained between any of 2 points among maximum of 10 preset measuring points. Input of tolerance for NO/GO/NO judgment is possible either by % or load/displacement values and the results will be also shown in bar-graphs for quick judgment.
Productionnumber and its test condition can be registered maximum of 100 and test can be executed as soon as the number is recalled, and company name, client name etc. are also printed with the test data |
