b)     本老化線為上下層同時老化，上層設置為：室溫下三個電壓區；下層設置為：高溫下三個電壓區，上下層運行連續。

c)      具備節拍漫流功能，以供老化時間設置。即普通燈老化時間T=約40分鐘；中檔燈老化時間T=約50分鐘；高檔燈老化時間T=約1小時。（僅供參考）

d)     ng>靜止老化：ng>在線體不運行的情況下，進行通電老化。

e)      采用獨立電器控制櫃，PLC老化檢測系統，電壓、節拍調校安全、方便。

ng>a)ng>ng>機身機架：ng>機架采用40×40方管組焊制作，機身護邊為鋁合金型材，兩側封板為 δ=1.5mmA3冷板折邊成型制作，封板嵌有玻璃觀察窗，機腳采用鍍鋅可調腳杯，底層沿線有護網層用以保護節能燈掉落。

ng>b)ng>ng>鏈    板：ng>采用δ=1.8mmA3冷板折邊成型，規格為：L800×W148mm，每塊板配裝12隻E27型五爪彈簧夾式燈座，每塊板座下配裝有一個高靈敏度、用以短路保護的小型單極斷路器，並在兩端各裝有一個導電銅塊，確保鏈板在傳送中始終保持通電狀態，導電接觸安全、可靠。鏈板顏色為黑色噴塑。

ng>d)ng>ng>動力裝置：ng>采用變頻無級調速，東田牌1.5KW電機，嘉誠牌WPS100型1：100減速機，2HP信捷牌變頻器調速，線速度為0—3m/min可調。
