1．測試標準化：符合GB/T16584《橡膠－用無轉子硫化機測定特性硫化》、ISO6502:

3．高品質功能的特別說明：人性化設計的優良功能是在測試過程中可以修改測量時間，

膠料估計20分鐘硫化完成，設20分鐘測量時間，實做11分鐘時發現9分，10分處就已經硫化完成，這時已沒必要再往下做，隻需“修改測量時間”下的20分為9分或10分，按“送出”，實驗立即停止在9或10分上，畫出完整硫化曲線，計算出所有數據。如果實驗做到18分，19分鐘要結束時硫化曲線仍在往上升，硫化還未完成，實驗必須再往下做，否則得出的數據是錯誤的。這時可修改測量時間為25分或更多，讓實驗繼續，直到硫化完成為止。這一功能無疑大大方便瞭用戶，節約瞭寶貴時間和膠料。
