工作原理：
該機器是根據不同氣體的導熱率不同而確定其成分的。即通過混合氣體之導熱率的測量來決定混合氣體中某種氣體的含量，在混合氣體中氫氣的導熱率最高。比氮氣、氧氣等高出 7-8 倍，因此，當混合氣體中背景氣體或其它成分基本保持恒定時，混合氣體的導熱率基本取決於氫氣的多少，這樣根據混合氣體導熱率不同，就可測出所含氫氣的多少。
