科迪金型部現有模具設計、CNC編程、加工工藝設計、齒形檢測、齒輪組裝、零件供應等一整套加工保證系統，擁有日本進口高精度SODICK線切割機、C軸SODICK火花機、21000轉高速CNC加工中心、高精密磨床等全套模具加工設備，可加工JGMA（日本齒輪專業協會）零級齒輪模具，並實現批量生產，能滿足客戶高品質、高效率、低成本等多項需求。

Kedi mold making departments include mold design, CNC programming, process designing, gear jugged examining, gear assembling and parts supplying. We use advanced CAD. CAM, CAE manufacturing process. By bringing SODICK WECM-LS, SODIC WEDM and CNC high speed milling machine from Taiwan, we guaranteed the highest quality of our products. We are able to make the 0-degree plastic gear mold of JGMA (Japanese Gear manufacturers Association)mold standards.We are also able to do volume production on these products to meet the demand of high quality, high efficiency and low cost from our customers.
