臥式密閉砂磨機是一種采用濕法研磨分散、筒體水平安裝、連續密閉生產的高效化工設備；Husky型氣動雙隔膜泵（或齒輪泵）將經過預分散、潤濕處理的固液相混合物料輸入筒體內，物料和筒體內的研磨介質一起被高速旋轉的分散器組所攪動，使物料中的固體顆粒和研磨介質間產生強烈的碰撞、剪切，在短時間內達到物料顆粒的磨細和分散聚集體的目的。研磨分散物料效果、效率極佳，是生產高檔油漆、油墨、染料等產品的重要設備。 | 1、進料口
