貼體包裝機原理/about Skin Packaging 將貼體包裝膜加熱軟化後覆蓋在產品及底板上，同時於底板下麵啟用真空吸力，將 貼體膜依產品形狀成型並粘貼於底板（彩印紙卡，瓦楞紙板或氣泡佈等）上。 包裝後產品緊緊粘於貼體膜與底板之間 （貼體包裝膜表麵帶膠或紙板表麵帶膠） Clamp film to the film frame and rise to heat; put products and backing paper boards on aluminum working plate.(film or paper board with glue) Heat the film till pliable and formable. then film frame comes down over the products and the backing boards. Vacuum suction makes film stick to the paper boards firmly, film and paper board stick together Upper film frame open, cut off the film, take out the packed products.
